I’ve started my journey as a masseuse in a private educational institution and was accredited by the ministry of education of Slovakia in 2001. I qualified in basic and sport massages. Easing out the pain, controlling swelling, caused by repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma, I use manipulation of soft tissue to assist and correct problems and imbalances in soft tissue.

In my growing passion to help people feel their best, I undertook another training programme, this time in Reflexology, in 2007 and an Indian Head Massage training course in 2008, here in England to provide the best possible care.

I have many years in the care industry, getting familiar with people from a range of cultural backgrounds, with a variety of different health issues. I have a very strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and an ability to build a rapport with my clients. I have 3 years’ of experience working in a private hospital, treating patients with neurological conditions and complex disabilities, along with spinal cord injury, brain injuries and stroke, providing physiotherapy assistance.

I am a huge believer that the care for humankind and skills developed throughout my life, I can express eagerness to constantly learn new things which demonstrates commitment to my professional development in the field of wellness.
